The brand provides a one-year, limited warranty with all of its hearing aid devices. The warranty covers any material defects that were caused during the manufacturing process. Things that the warranty does not cover include: accidental damage, moisture, regular wear & tear, or issues caused by improper maintenance.
While the Phonak warranty may only be valid for one-year after purchase, the store or audiologist you order your device from may have an additional warranty. Many clinics offer warranties on hearing aids for two, three, or even four years. (Even up to five years for pediatric devices.)
